Hello Stingray Family and Friends!
I want to take a minute and shed some light on the current status of Stingray Branding and our future (well for the rest of 2017). As you may have heard, Stingray has made some recent structural changes and policy adjustments. I have had to step away from FULL time focus for a few months while I serve in a full time status with the military. To adjust for me being away from Charleston for a few months, we have made several internal adjustments to ensure your marketing needs continue to be addressed.
As always, we want the community to always be well aware of our presence and comfortable with working with us. To ensure our clients needs are met we were thrilled to hire Jennifer Thompson as our Executive Director. She is replacing the role that I filled in regards to answering phones, emails, working to get the information we need to do our jobs for you, and running the day to day operations. As always, we encourage and ask you to email or call us any time with any marketing needs you may have and she is ready to assist you.
Our quality is very important to us. We have to make changes to ensure we can continue providing you amazing service at an affordable rate. We have made some changes to our internal work team in regards to hours and such to accommodate this. While there are always growing pains, and we have had a few these past 2-3 months while preparing for this transition, we have always and will continue to adjust our team as necessary to accommodate your needs. Please know that regardless of who is on our team, your satisfaction and success is our TOP PRIORITY.
With that being said, we are embracing the future with you. In the coming weeks we will be releasing details and kicking off some great new programs! In the past month we have revamped our marketing packages to better serve our clients, and UPGRADED all of our existing package clients to the new packages FOR FREE! Stay tuned for more great details to come on upgrades, new packages, and our new programs!
